Our Rooms

The Inn has 15 bedrooms with a choice of single, double, and family bedrooms, all of which have been individually designed for your comfort.

Each room has its own en-suite bathroom for all of our guests.

All rooms are exceptionally well-appointed; many of them have views over the river and surrounding countryside.

Double with shower @ £115.00 per night

Superior double with bath @ £125.00 per night

Family room with shower @ £140.00 per night sleeps 3

Family room with bath @ £150.00 per night sleeps 3

Superior Family room with bath @ £150.00 per night sleeps 2/3

Superior Family room with bath @ £160.00 per night sleeps 4

Single rate for double with shower @ £80.00

Some rooms can take an extra fold away bed charge £25.00 per night.

Booking Policy and Terms

Bookings may be confirmed by telephone, letter and cheque or credit card. Prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%.

Our rates may be subject to change through out the year. These rates apply when you book directly with us either by phone or email. Please ask or the best current rates when you a make your reservation.

Check In & Check Out
Check In is from 3pm / Check Out is till 11am

Breakfast
We served a freshly cooked breakfast each morning made with the finest local produce from around South Devon. Breakfast is served between 8.30am and 9.45am

Requirements
We have travel cots available but we do not supply the bedding for them. We also have fold away beds available which we can place in our superior double rooms to make them triple occupancy with a double bed and single bed.

If you have any special requirements, please let us know before your visit

Dogs
Dogs are most welcome to stay at the Waterman’s Arms at no additional cost. All our rooms are “Dogs Welcome” Please note that when bringing your dog with you, the dog should not be left unattended in the room.

We also ask our guests not to let their dogs sleep on the beds. Any damage caused to bedding or the room facilities will incur an extra charge. Your dog can join you for dinner in the bar, please request a table also we will make arrangements for your dog to join you for breakfast. We hope to make your Dogs stay as welcome as possible.

Guest Reminder – When checking out, please remember to give your key into reception. If you accidentally go away with one of our keys, please send it back to us. Failure to send it back will result in a £25.00 charge. Thank you.
